GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE HOMEZONE STORE
These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between HomeZone, hereinafter referred to as the "Merchant", and all users/customers who use the online store.
By using the site and/or placing an order, the user agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.

HomeZone offers online sales of kitchenware, pastry utensils, silicone molds, tools and home accessories through an online store.
III. REGISTRATION AND USER PROFILE
The customer can place an order as:
registered user
guest (without registration)
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
The merchant is not responsible for the inability to deliver due to incorrect data.
IV. ORDERS
An order is placed by adding products to the cart and finalizing the order.
The purchase contract is considered concluded after confirmation by email.
HomeZone reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of:
lack of availability
technical error
suspected abuse
V. PRICES
All prices are in euros and include VAT, where applicable.
HomeZone reserves the right to change prices without notice.
The price valid for the customer is that at the time of the order.
VI. PAYMENT
Payment can be made via:
bank transfer
debit/credit card
other methods available on the site
VII. DELIVERY
Delivery is made via courier to an address or office.
Delivery times are approximate and depend on:
availability
courier
location
HomeZone is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or force majeure.
VIII. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The withdrawal must be made in writing by email: elimm@abv.bg.
The goods must be:
unused
in original packaging
without impaired commercial appearance
IX. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Return costs are at the expense of the customer, except in the event of a defect or error on the part of HomeZone.
The amount is refunded within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
The refund is made using the same payment method.
X. COMPLAINTS
The customer has the right to make a complaint in case of non-conformity or defect.
The complaint is submitted by email with a description and photos.
HomeZone reviews the complaint within 14 days.
XI. LIABILITY
HomeZone is not responsible for:
improper use of the products
damage caused by improper maintenance
color differences due to screens
The products are not intended for medical or professional use unless expressly stated.
XII. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
XIII. COOKIES
The site uses cookies for functionality, analysis and marketing in accordance with the Cookie Policy.
XIV. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All texts, images and content on the site are the property of HomeZone and may not be used without permission.
XV. CHANGES TO THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
HomeZone reserves the right to update these General Terms and Conditions. Changes shall enter into force on the date of their publication.
XVI. APPLICABLE LAW
All unresolved issues shall be governed by the applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved by mutual agreement or by the competent court.
